Bosch Rexroth has launched its new MPR Performance radial piston
motor, empowering compact walking machinery with an integrated
design that enhances production efficiency and energy utilization while
offering greater flexibility in engineering design. Compared to the MCR
3 series, this patented motor design reduces components by approximately 25% and shortens axial length by up to 30%, significantly
optimizing equipment space layout and lowering the overall center of
gravity. In terms of performance, it delivers up to 9% improved start-up
efficiency, optional 470 bar rated working pressure, and a 25% increase
in maximum rotational speed, comprehensively reducing system
configuration costs and total costs.
Small walking machinery manufacturers have long had to trade off
power and weight, innovation and cost, thermal management and
reliability, sometimes at the expense of production efficiency and
commercial benefits.
